The Purpose of the ADP
Personal & Professional Development.
The ADP is not designed to train and harvest great employees. Rather, it is designed to satisfy our need to produce future leaders and partners. Each participant will be taught the nuances of leadership, the science of entrepreneurship, and the art of actualization, leaving them equipped to become the high performing, highly effective, influential leaders and business partners of this very company. All of this is accomplished through a highly intentional work experience and a cutting edge, innovative curriculum designed for the business age of today and tomorrow.
The Experiences

Travel and exposure to other hubs of high performance and innovation will reveal what “best in the world practice” really means. This challenging, travel-based work-life experience will open the mind to what is truly possible in an individual’s life. Walking and working alongside seasoned, successful mentors and current partners will give you the ability to unlock your true potential through real-life experiences tempered by realtime guidance.
The Nucleus
To ensure that you have the resources and support necessary to focus on your mission, a dedicated, insulated living environment has been curated especially for our ADP participants. A shared, fully furnished and accessorized Live-Work-Learn residence will serve as your base of operations and chamber of growth. (on campus dorm)
The Curriculum
The Full battery of our protocols, systems, and techniques are gathered from all parts of the world and filtered through a board of experts dedicated to overseeing the streamlined installation of truly “best in the world” hospitality, service, safety, logistical and legal protocols.
The Reward
Wages and Profits: The ADP guarantees your job placement and robust working hours with hourly wages designed to be top tier according to the standard pay of your native city. The profits, however, are monies earned via residual partnership percentages, staff partnerships, and other profit-based initiatives set aside to be awarded to our ADP participants. This commission styled incentive mirrors that of a true business owner, enabling participants to be paid a percentage of the profits once earned.
